Campaign Manager - Campaign Dashboards


Campaign Filtering

Campaign filtering allows you to select the campaigns to display in the dashboard, either by searching for them individually or selecting them by Campaign Status, Campaign Owner, or Campaign Start Date.

Procedure

  1. Click the icon.
  2. To search for a specific campaign enter the campaign name in the Search by campaign name search box then click the search icon. Campaigns matching your search will be displayed below.
  3. Click the box next to the campaign to select it. Your selected campaigns are displayed on the right hand panel.
  4. Click Apply to return results for the selected campaigns.

If you have a large number of campaigns in your system you may wish to restrict the number of campaigns to select from.

  1. Click Edit Filter to filter the selection list by Campaign Status, Campaign Owner and Campaign Start Date.

Clicking Filter at this stage only filters the available list of campaigns to select from.

In Campaign Status select the relevant status(es) for the campaigns you wish to select from. The all check box displays a check if all statuses are selected.

Note:

Selecting Paused or in Approval shows all campaigns and their status throughout the approval process if Approvals and Notes is turned on.

In Campaign Owner select the relevant owner(s) whose campaigns you wish to display on the dashboard.

Note:

For Campaign Manager users this filter shows your own campaigns by default. For Email Manager users all campaigns for all users are shown.

In Campaign Start Date select the relevant time frame for the campaigns.

  1. Click Filter.
  2. Select the relevant campaigns from the folders displayed.

The following icons show the statuses of the campaigns:

Icon Status
Active
Paused
Completed
Cancelled
Editing
Pending Approval
Approving
Approved

When selected, the selected campaigns will appear in the right hand pane.

Use the delete icon to remove a specific campaign from the selected list.

Use the Remove All icon to remove all campaigns from the list.

Click Apply. The selected campaigns are displayed in the dashboard. Summary text is shown next to the Filter button to state what selection has been applied to the campaigns in the dashboard.

Note:

Graphs and grids on a dashboard display event data, filtering the campaigns allows you to select what campaigns to view event data for.
